Limited Warranty

  1. Flagship Marine Security Inc., (hereinafter referred to as “Flagship”) warrants that the enclosed product is free from defects in material and workmanship, and should this product be proven defective in materials or workmanship during the first year it was originally purchased, Flagship shall repair or replace the alarm or any part of the alarm which Flagship agrees is defective, without charge during that period.
  2. The warranty described in paragraph 1., above, shall apply to products manufactured and sold by Flagship. Products sold by, but not manufactured by Flagship are warranted by Flagship for a period of three months from the date of purchase by the original consumer and purchaser.
  3. Products returned to Flagship must be accompanied by a copy of purchase receipt and R.M.A. In absence of such purchase receipt, warranty will be void. The purchaser of this Flagship product shall return the product for warranty service, postage pre-paid: Customer Service Department, Flagship Marine Security, 207 Mineola Avenue, Roslyn Heights, NY 11577.
  4. This warranty does not cover labor costs for the removal and reinstallation of the unit for repair which is performed by the installer.
  5. Flagship is not offering a guarantee or insuring against the theft, fire, sinking, of the boat or the contents thereof. The systems are merely a deterrent against a possible theft, fire or sinking. Because the manufacturer does not install, the manufacturer cannot guarantee the performance of this security device.
  6. This Warranty will not apply to any alarm that has been modified, repaired or altered in any way without the written consent of Flagship. This Warranty shall not apply to any products connected to the alarm.
  7. IN NO CASE SHALL FLAGSHIP BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Limited One Year Warranty includes the following products: FS301, FS301-DSP, FS301K, FS301K-DSP, FS701DSP-2Z PK1, FS401, CS1, MG20, MG15, MG10, MG5.
